Whatever is going on for us at the present time – is something that we can all experience by making peace with the present moment. It is often by changing the way we look at things that true healing occurs, as we strip away story and perception and consider new and enlightening ways of leading our inner life.

I use my experience and knowledge gained from over twenty five years working in the esoteric sciences to look at how you perceive your life and how we might look at things a little differently. My passion is helping others to experience the freedom of letting go of restricting beliefs and patterns and questioning what we perceive as real.

You can come for one-to-one sessions, take a workshop or course as well as experience meditation and sound bath nights. I work from Claverdon near Warwick, Leamington Spa and Henley-in-Arden, Warwickshire.
